The Chimney Lift - Standard Entry Ticket
Step back in time as you walk-through a recreation of architect Sir Giles Gilbert Scott’s office, explore an illustrated wall that brings the construction of Battersea Power Station to life with touchpoints activating sound and movement, and at a hands-on working model of the working Power Station bring coal from the River Thames to generate power. Quiz lovers of all ages can also test their knowledge as they battle it out to get the highest score at a touchscreen quiz table.
The experience culminates with the thrilling ascent to the top of the building’s northwest chimney where visitors can take in spectacular 360-degree views of the London skyline.

There are 39 steps to climb up and down during the experience. An accessibility lift is available to bypass these steps for wheelchair users and those requiring step-free access.
STEP-FREE ACCESS RESERVATION

· The accessibility lift can only be used once per time slot and has a capacity of 2 guests, with a maximum of 1 wheelchair user.
· Guests using the accessibility lift will bypass the steps and rejoin their group to continue the experience together.
· Groups requiring step-free access that are larger than this (more than 2 guests or more than 1 wheelchair user) will be split into separate groups and unable do the experience together, in line with evacuation procedures.
· Maximum wheelchair size: 65cm (width) × 115cm (length)
· Maximum combined weight: 300kg (including wheelchair and user)
· Mobility scooters are not permitted (a standard wheelchair can be provided if needed).
· Pushchairs are not permitted and must be stored in our buggy park.
· Adding an accessibility lift reservation to your booking lets us know during ticket checks that you require step-free access. On the day of your visit, a short wait may be required while our team accommodates guests requiring the use of the accessibility lift.

- Full Terms and Conditions
1. This ticket is not refundable and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold for commercial gain.
2. This Ticket entitles the holder to visit the Attraction on the date and at the times stated on the Ticket. There shall be no admittance to the Attraction without a valid Ticket.
3. You must retain your Ticket on your person at all times during your visit to the Attraction.
4. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made, but admission for latecomers cannot always be guaranteed.
5. The Operator in its absolute discretion reserves the right at any time to close all or any part of the Attraction or to restrict the number of persons having access to the Attraction if the Operator reasonably considers the circumstances so require.
6. If the Attraction is cancelled/closed in its entirety for any reason, the Operator will use reasonable endeavours to notify Ticket holders as soon as possible.
7. You are solely responsible for any travel and accommodation arrangements to the Attraction.
8. We ask all guests to be vigilant and not to leave bags and belongings unattended at any time. Any unattended item may be disposed of in line with our security protocols.
9. The Organisers cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Show.
10. Please note that there is no cloakroom at Lift 109, please only bring a handbag or small rucksack which you can carry on your body approx. A4 size 210 x 297 mm. We will not be able to accommodate any luggage with wheels, large bags over A4 size 210 x 297 mm, sports equipment, folding bikes or scooters.
11. The Organisers cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Show.

- The time shown on your ticket indicates when to arrive and join the queue.
- Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18+.
- Pushchairs are not permitted within the experience. A buggy park is available in The Chimney Lift shop, where they may be stored prior to entry.
- Only small handbags or backpacks (max. 32cm × 15cm × 45cm) are permitted. Larger bags, wheeled bags and personal items cannot be stored.
- Requesting a Refund
· Tickets must not be resold, exchanged, transferred, altered or defaced.
· All Ticket sales are final and no refunds, cancellations or exchanges are available after a Ticket has been purchased.
· Tickets are issued subject to the Operator’s right to alter or vary the Attraction due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange Tickets.

THE SWITCH ROOM
A dramatic countdown signals the next chapter of the experience as you step inside The Switch Room to experience a 360-degree film telling the story of Battersea Power Station through the decades, from its history as a working power station to its closure in the 1980s. Then find out what it may have become and celebrate its rebirth as a vibrant new neighbourhood.
JOURNEY UP
An express lift transports you to the base of the north-west chimney from where you’ll board The Chimney Lift. Continuing onwards and upwards, constellations of light guide your way as the lift makes its exhilarating ascent to the viewing platform 109 metres above ground.
Soak in the sights, the world-famous landmarks that make up London’s stunning skyline and enjoy a unique bird’s eye view of the Power Station itself.
